Satisfaction Guarantee
Tack Outlet stands behind your purchases. If you choose an item that doesn’t fit you or your horse, you may return it within 30 days for an exchange or a refund. Manufacturer’s warranties are extended to a maximum of 24 months. Manufacturers’ warranties longer than 24 months will be honored and supported by Tack Outlet up to the full length.
Exceptions
- Rider safety items (such as helmets and protective vests) may be returned only within 30 days and with their original tags intact.
- Saddles and boots may be returned within 30 days but are subject to a prorated refund based on usage.
- For everyone’s welfare, treats, supplements, topicals and wound treatments (vet meds) that have been opened cannot be returned.
- Horse clothing (such as saddle pads, blankets and sheets) must be clean.
- Underwear cannot be returned or exchanged.
Special Situations
Tack Outlet may require a receipt or decline a refund/exchange in certain situations, as follows:
- Item was not purchased directly from Tack Outlet.
- Item is missing a label or has been defaced.
- Item is wet, dirty or contaminated.
- History of prior transactions, including multiple returns of the same item.
- Item is personalized/custom and cannot be returned unless defective.
Security Guarantee
Tack Outlet works with online security experts to maintain a secure ordering environment. Every order includes a Secure Order Guarantee which gives you 100% protection. You will never have to pay any money related to unauthorized charges to your credit card account if the charges are a direct result of a transaction on tackoutlet.com.
If you experience credit card fraud, the Fair Credit Act specifies that your credit card company can hold you liable for no more than $50.00 in fraudulent charges to your account. Our Secure Order Guarantee will reimburse you for any amount up to $50.00 billed to you by your credit card company for unauthorized charges to your account, if those charges result from an order you placed with tackoutlet.com.
To put this protection into effect, you must promptly notify your credit card company of fraudulent charges immediately and follow their procedures as outlined in your credit card agreement.
