This Tough-1® Feather & Flower Breastcollar is made of beautiful, supple, dark oil leather with stainless steel hardware. Gorgeous hand-painted feather and flower designs pop in an ombré of vibrant hues, including purple, pink, orange and yellow.
Accented with bold, white buckstitching, hand-tooling, contrast stitching and an engraved center piece. Adjustable buckle tug straps for best fit.
